FlipLoop Privacy Policy
FlipLoop collects only the information needed to provide and improve the reseller-tracking beta.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name and email address; reseller records you enter, including inventory, sourcing, sales, expenses, mileage, photos, and receipts; support messages; and limited technical and campaign information needed to operate, secure, and understand the beta.
How we use information
We use information to provide your workspace, calculate reports and FlipCue estimates, authenticate accounts, deliver service messages, answer support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve FlipLoop. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
FlipLoop relies on hosting and storage infrastructure, Supabase for authentication, Resend for transactional email, OpenAI for permitted photo analysis, eBay for marketplace information, and Stripe when paid subscriptions become available. Providers process information only as needed to deliver those functions under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain account and business records while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, support, legal, and backup purposes. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can correct business settings in the app, reset business records from your account, or request access, correction, or deletion through the Support page. Removal from the beta roster may revoke access without automatically deleting business records unless deletion is requested.
Age and policy changes
If you are not legally able to agree to these terms on your own, use FlipLoop only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. We may update this policy as the beta changes and will post the updated effective date here.
