FlipLoop Beta Terms of Use
These terms apply to the controlled FlipLoop beta. By creating or using an account, you agree to them.
Beta access
Beta access is limited, revocable, and currently provided without a subscription charge. Features may change, pause, or be removed while FlipLoop is tested. We may limit new accounts or revoke access to protect users and the service.
Your account and records
Keep your login secure, provide accurate account information, and use only your own workspace. You remain responsible for the inventory, sales, expenses, marketplace information, images, and other content you submit.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse FlipLoop, interfere with its security, access another user’s records, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use automated traffic that disrupts the beta. Marketplace data must be used consistently with the applicable marketplace terms.
Estimates and third-party services
FlipCue prices, fees, profit, ROI, tax, and mileage figures are estimates and may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify the exact item, condition, marketplace results, fees, tax treatment, and shipping before making a decision. FlipLoop does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
Availability and liability
The beta is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, FlipLoop is not responsible for indirect losses or business decisions made from estimates or third-party information.
Changes and contact
We may update these beta terms as the product develops. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions, access problems, and account requests can be submitted through the Support page.
